- Hello, My name is Yasmin. I was born in South America and grew in NYC. I am happily married to a wonderful man, Asif, and we have a gorgeous nine month old baby boy, Zacky. I have a background in Accounting and decided make a career change to education after the birth of my son. I have also worked with children in the past and found it to be quite fulfilling and rewarding. I look forward to this class and the beginning of a new career at Peru State College. I'm also taking Educ 553 as an elective class which I feel will be beneficial in a classroom setting. This class will definitely equipt me with the tools I will need in the future.
awwww... son is a big boy!!!!! Maryam and Asiyah enjoyed watching Zacky creep. We love u son!!!

Thank you Becky...I originally created this blog for a previous class requirement and continued to use it after completing the course. It takes some getting used to...good luck and let me know if you need help!
